You ready for this?
Give me about 20 minutes of your time each day this week and promise to put all your effort in to those twenty minutes. That’s all I ask!
Each of the workouts have instructions for different fitness levels. Not sure which to follow?
Level 1: Hardly have worked out and have low endurance/strength.
Level 2: Average fitness level. If you aren’t sure which level to follow, start with level 2 and adjust as needed.
Level 3: Have been working out consistently for a while and need a little more of a challenge!
