I have a variety of options available (descriptions below) to help you reach your fitness goals.
Online Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
What I will give you:
- Personalized workouts based on your current fitness level and available equipment you have at home or your local gym.
- Nutrition guidelines and specialized meal plan based on your personal caloric needs and health and fitness goals. We will focus on tracking your macronutrients to give you the most ideal progress.
- Weekly check-ins to make adjustments to nutrition and/or workouts as necessary based on measurements and weight.
- One video chat (facetime, skype, whatever works best for you) every 2 weeks to ask questions face to face, check form if needed, etc.
- Daily motivation texts (or emails, whichever you prefer) to let you know I’m watching 🙂
What you need to give me:

You will receive individualized nutrition coaching and a personalized meal plan guide based on your goals and caloric needs as well as a workout plan to follow.
