THE DECEMBER FIT BLAST STARTS MONDAY, DECEMBER 3!
I’m so excited about the December Fit Blast, because we have a guest expert joining the fun to offer additional info and insight for this month!
I asked Madeline to work with us this month because of her experience in working with women.
Madeline (aka @MadelineNutrition) will be helping us December Fit Blast participants navigate the issues surrounding inflammation, learning about the ties between nutrition and anxiety/mental health/illness, etc. and providing recipes, knowledge, and guidance!
Madeline Given is a holistic nutritionist and health educator. She works alongside women, helping them find the freedom of health in their ever-changing bodies. She is the author of The Apple Cider Vinegar Cure, The Anti-Inflammatory Diet Cookbook, and The Anti-Inflammatory Diet Slow Cooker Cookbook. about the Fit Blast:

Basic breakdown of the Fit Blast by Jill K Fitness:
- 6 workouts per week. Workouts are loaded into the Members Only Portal one week at a time on Sundays.
- Each day’s workout focuses on strengthening a different muscle group as well as full body fat burning.
- Each exercise listed in the workouts has a link to a demo video to show you how to properly do the move.
- Private facebook group for participants to motivate each other, share successes and challenges, ask me questions, etc.
- Basic nutrition guide sample meal plan!
