The Monthly Fit Blast challenges are now a monthly membership program!
For nearly four years, the Fit Blast by Jill K Fitness has helped thousands of women learn to make their health and fitness a priority amidst busy lifestyles with quick, effective workouts, nutrition guidance, and an amazing Fit Blast online community.
These workouts are designed to help build muscle while burning fat in a short amount of time, and require minimal equipment — dumbbells, stability ball, loop resistance band, bench/step/chair, and your own body weight!
Although the fit blast workouts in general are created to be done anywhere, especially at home, all fit blast members will also have access to a bonus 4-week gym-specific workout download in the member portal each month.
<<The bonus GYM-Specific workouts>> use standard gym equipment and can last 45 minutes-1 hour. These focus on building strength through progressive overload (increasing the amount of weight lifted each day). The workouts also include HIIT, tabatas, and cardio for maximum calorie burn.>>
Basic breakdown of the Fit Blast by Jill K Fitness Monthly Membership:
- 6 workouts per week. Workouts are loaded into the Members Only Portal one week at a time.
- Each day’s workout focuses on strengthening a different muscle group as well as full body fat burning.
- Each exercise listed in the workouts has a link to a demo video to show you how to properly do the move.
- Private facebook group for participants to motivate each other, share successes and challenges, ask me questions, etc.
- Basic nutrition guide with a new sample meal plan each week.
