Generally, with clients I focus on tracking your calories & macronutrients to give you the most ideal progress, but with flexible methods to make your journey worry-free and avoid any unnecessary stress. 🙂
- Weekly check-ins to make adjustments to nutrition and/or workouts as necessary based on measurements, energy levels, etc.
- Access to me through text and email.
