What I will give you:
- Personalized workouts based on your current fitness level and available equipment you have at home or your local gym. Workouts will be plugged into an app downloadable on your smartphone with built in interval timers. I can track your progress this app, but if you prefer, workouts can be sent via PDF instead.
- Nutrition guidelines and week meal plan based on your personal caloric needs and health and fitness goals. Generally, with clients I focus on tracking your calories & macronutrients to give you the most ideal progress, but with flexible methods to make your journey worry-free and avoid any unnecessary stress.
- Weekly check-ins to make adjustments to nutrition and/or workouts as necessary based on measurements, energy levels, etc.
- Access to me via text and email through the training period.
- Option to continue on after the 6 week training period for a discounted rate.
